Dear Family and Friends,
This will be a quick update because it is late and we want to get an early start again tomorrow. Our Raleigh, NC team arrived on Saturday and immediately jumped into their project of roofing the block house for our Education Inspiration student, Crina. Crina’s family are so appreciative and excited about the team coming so far to work just on their house in the name of The Lord. You will be amazed at what they have accomplished in a day and a half! Take a look for yourself!

This is what the house looked like at the end of their work day today.

I’ll have more to update you on at the end of the week. Please pray for The Lord to protect the team members as they work and to multiply their rest as they deal with jet lag.
The Lord is really using this team to demonstrate His love and compassion for His people. It is always humbling when someone tells me that The Lord used us to answer their prayers. We have grown to love this family and so admire how they want to reach out to our team with their personal food and labor. It is such a blessing to see The Lord work in the lives of all involved.
All of our students had their first day of school today so our social worker, Alina, was running around like crazy buying books, bus passes, clothes, and other needed items. We have two boys that are not being sponsored at all that are enrolled and going to school so please let me know if you are interested.
I would also like to ask you to pray for me personally as I deal with a difficult situation in the ministry. Pray that I would have God’s wisdom in dealing with the situation and that I would not act on emotion or reason but on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We thank you so much for your prayers and we always like to know how we can pray for you as well.
Basking in the Son,
Michelle
