Dear Family and Friends,
Daniel and I finally made it to Romania the day after I wrote you about being stuck in the hotel room with all the bags. It was a long but thankfully uneventful trip. Thank you for your prayers!
Yesterday our team came from Waldorf, MD came to help us with our first construction project. I hope to have some great photos to send you in a week or so after the project is finished. For the moment, I have this photo to share with you taken yesterday of the group with Alina.

They will be adding on a room to the home of Alina, one of our Education Inspiration students. Her family is very excited and has been working hard to prepare everything for the team’s arrival. It is a complicated project because of the old asbestos roofing material they have on their house. We ask for you to please pray for the safety of the team members as they work.
This past Sunday, we had the joy of attending the Baby Dedication ceremony of our newest Agape Home mother, Florina, and her baby. It was a very sweet moment and he was absolutely adorable as you can see.

Florina has admitted that she knows she made a mistake and wants to live her life for The Lord now. She has a serious boyfriend who is not the father of the baby but really wants things to work out with her. We ask you to pray for her direction from The Lord as she considers her future with this young man.
Nicu and Flori’s last day at Agape Home will be this coming Monday. We are sad to see them go but pray The Lord’s hand to be with them. They have had such a positive impact on so many of our residents over the last four years. We had their farewell party yesterday and we will see them several times before they leave for Spain in the middle of September.
I am happy to report we have found another wonderful family to replace them that are ready to start as soon as they leave. It was a total act of God’s grace how all this happened. We were so impressed with the new family and I feel like God was reserving them for our ministry. We are praying about the future of Agape Home and have some ideas about some awesome changes in our program goal. We ask you to pray with us for The Lord to clearly show us His plan for this project.
While we were gone in the month of July, we had two fantastic women who came and served with our ministry. Although I didn’t get to meet them in person, I certainly wish I would have! Both women tirelessly served our ministry as well as another ministry that needed help. Rosanna and Andrea were real troopers during the sweltering heat wave that Romania had and did a fabulous job becoming a part of our ministry. Alina Cioara, our ministry Outreach Coordinator, loved having them here and working with them both. We thank them for there hard work and dedication to The Lord. Here is a photo of their smiling faces for you to see.

We thank all of you for your support of our ministry. I am going to cut this short because a lightening storm is quickly coming!
Basking in the Son,
Michelle
