Dear Family and Friends,
I am so excited to report that Agape Home is now the home for three pregnant women. Our third resident also has a one year old child which presents a new challenge to our house parents, Nicu and Flori. I talk many times a week with our house parents and other staff members to discuss problems and solutions for situations as they arise. This photo really touched my heart.
Flori does a daily bible study with the women (this photo was taken last week so the third resident isn’t here). Flori tells me that she is seeing how studying the Word of God is gradually changing the lives of these women. Hearing that made me want to shout of joy!!!
Other great news pertains to one of our foster children, Alex, being adopted. Although the adoption is not complete, the family was allowed to take physical custody of Alex. The transition from foster family to adoptive family has been incredibly easy for Alex (but not the foster mom, bless her heart!) and he understands that this is his permanent family. The adoptive family gave me permission to share this photo with you. Isn’t this a wonderful sight! Once abandoned, now in the loving home of a strong Christian couple!! To God be the glory, great things He has done!
