Dear Family and Friends,
We are happy to tell you that WE GOT THE VISA FOR MARIA TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES!!!! We have praised God all day!
Esti is still in Bucuresti awaiting a Canadian visa so that we may fly direct from Budapest to Toronto and then drive to Buffalo which is only two hours away. If this does not work out, we will have to take three flights from Budapest to Buffalo and we really do not want to do that given Maria’s physical state.
My friend, Kirsten, is a pediatric nurse missionary from Scotland and she will be traveling with me. She will return to Romania after a week and I will remain for another two weeks and then return to Romania.
Esti told me that they looked up my name in the computer to see if what I stated about bringing Crizantina back to Romania was true. After verifying this information, they issued the visa! God really showed us that being a ministry of honesty and integrity has its rewards!
I thank ALL of you that have been praying for this child. Esti reported that the embassy interview was exhausting! I thank God for bringing such wonderful people like Esti into this ministry. She told me that when she returned to pick up the visa, people immediately recognized her and then swarmed her to tell her what a blessing it was to know that a ministry here was willing to take such a case. We feel blessed that God gave us Maria to show us that He is still in the miracle business!!!
