Dear Seacoaster (and others in SC and NC),
I am writing you to because there are other items that we need for the container. We would like to have the following items on the container if possible:
- scales for weighing babies (in kilos)
- 10 tubes of Ben-Gay (someone in Crizantina’s village…NOT me!!)
- 2 cases of PediaCare (or other children’s cough and cold medicine…some of you mothers will have to help me out with this one!)
- computer and printer for the social worker at New Life House (it can be used)
- Anti-Bacterial Gel and hand wash (both the pump ones and the ones with the flip top that we can keep in the car)
- office desk
- coffee table for the main office and my apartment (preferably one that is in a square shape, solid wood, and it light colored wood like oak…this can be used as well)
- 4 baby bath tubs
- sheets, blankets and comforters for Crizantina’s family (size is not important…we need all sizes for them and other needy families)
- cabinets and chest of drawers (2 each) for Crizantina’s family
- 2 dining tables and chairs for Crizantina’s family
- framed art work with bible stories
- those borders that you put at the top of the wall that have a baby theme and include the color lilac
- 2 bookcases
I, personally, would also like some things purchased from the grocery stores there and sent here. My finance manager, Mary Gorham, will send a check to anyone in Charleston that could go and buy the items and take them to the container.
Thank all of you for all of your help. Next week, Esti and I will hire our first three employees for New Life House! We are so delighted with all the provisions that God has made for this to happen.
Please write me if you have any questions or suggestions.
Basking in the Son,
Michelle
