Dear Family and Friends,
What an awesome week of praise reports we have! I love to write these emails…I get even more charged up for the kingdom!
Our first praise item is the successful surgery of Crizantina. I talked with her on Thursday afternoon and she told me that she was in great pain in both legs but that she was going to be walking soon. I think many of us are claiming that miracle! I was a bit concerned when I found out that she needs to remain in the US for another 6 to 8 months. However, I know that God is in control and I will let him work out the details. Crizantina will need much prayer when she returns to Romania. At that point, she will have been out of her home for 2 and a half years. During that period, her mother has had three new children. The adjustment to her culture and her family will be difficult to say the least. We know, however, that God is bigger than all those details and He will bring the perfect people into her life to aid her.
As I look to the future of the Tonia project, it is my heart that Crizantina go home to a new house. Currently, her family lives in a shanty (at best) with a dirt bottom floor, no plumbing, and no electricity. We will have to arrange getting supplies donated and sent over. Additionally, we may need to arrange a construction crew to come over and build the house. This is all in God’s hand….I’ll just kick back and let him use me if He so desires.
We would like to let you know that if you have sent money directly to Seacoast, we have no idea who you are. We continue to get support money but, until this past week, we have not being informed of who the giver is. The church staff has agreed to start giving me the names. So, if you are one of the people that has given, I ask that you please let me know. I love to write thank you notes and keep a record of the support. Thank you to those of you who have given so freely of your resources to assist us with our on-going ministry in Romania.
May God bless each of you and keep you in His arms.
Basking in the Son,
Michelle
